Terms of Affiliate services

  • Restrictions on Direct Sales and Solicitation 
    • Affiliates are prohibited from directly soliciting, selling, or quoting services on behalf of aizee.ai.
    • Affiliates must not present themselves as employees or authorized agents of aizee.ai for sales purposes.

  • Lead Initiation 
    • Affiliates are responsible for presenting their unique affiliate QR code or URL to potential clients to generate interest.
    • Affiliates should only engage with prospects who display genuine interest in automated AI agents for customer-facing calls.
  • Qualification by Aizee.ai 
    • All lead qualification will be conducted exclusively by aizee.ai's qualification AI agent via phone call.
    • Affiliates agree to a fair use policy of the qualification agent of 100 credits per month. Further credits available on request
    • Affiliates are not authorised to qualify leads or assess client needs on behalf of aizee.ai.

  • Deal Closure 
    • Only aizee.ai is authorized to negotiate terms and close sales with prospects. 
  • Product Demonstrations 
  • All product demos will be performed directly by aizee.ai representatives.
  • Affiliates must not conduct demos or provide technical explanations of aizee.ai's services.
  • Affiliates should refrain from discussing pricing, contract terms, or any sales negotiations.

  • Promotion Guidelines 
    • Affiliates must adhere to branding guidelines provided by aizee.ai when using logos, trademarks, or marketing materials.
    • All promotional activities should be ethical and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Compliance with Laws 
    • Affiliates agree to comply with all relevant advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations.

  • Unique Affiliate Identifiers 
    • Affiliates must use their assigned QR codes or URLs to ensure proper tracking of referrals.
    • Any manipulation or misuse of tracking mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

  • Confidential Information 
    • Affiliates must keep all non-public information about aizee.ai confidential.
    • Confidential information should not be disclosed to any third parties without written consent.
  • Data Handling 
    • Affiliates must handle any personal data in compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR or CCPA, where applicable.

  • Limited License 
    • Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use aizee.ai's intellectual property solely for promotional purposes under the agreement.
  • Prohibited Actions 
    • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of aizee.ai's intellectual property is prohibited.

  • Liability Protection 
    • Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless aizee.ai from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the affiliate's actions, including breaches of the agreement or violations of laws.

  • Duration of Agreement 
    • Specify the effective date and duration of the affiliate partnership.
  • Termination Clause 
    • aizee.ai reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately upon any breach of terms by the affiliate.
    • Affiliates may also terminate the agreement under specified conditions with prior written notice.

  • Governing Law 
    • The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the specified jurisdiction.
  • Dispute Resolution 
    • Outline the process for resolving disputes, such as mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.

  • Complete Understanding 
    • The agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the affiliate relationship.
  • Modifications 
    • Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
